The Morgridge Institute for Research and the Huisken laboratory seek a Student Lab Assistant to join our team! We are seeking a hardworking, responsible individual to help keep our wet lab and zebrafish vivarium clean and organized. The Student Lab Assistant will assist with general maintenance of the wet lab and the fish room, setting up mating cages for egg collection and sorting of eggs on a fluorescent stereoscope
Ideal candidates are students working towards a degree in biology or life sciences. Prior experience with laboratory animals or aquaculture is preferred. We are looking for a student who can work 5-10 hours per week.
