At Morgridge and LOCI I work on developing new machine learning based approaches and tools to enable automated, easy and high quality bio-image segmentation. Ultimately, we aim to make these tools available on the ImageJ platform, allowing the scientific community to readily access these technologies and analyze their own datasets.
