I’m a graduate researcher at Morgridge Institute for Research under the direction of Dr. Melissa Skala. My research focuses on the development of photothermal optical coherence tomography and its applications for pre-clinical in vivo molecular imaging. Using this technology, we have successfully imaged contrast agents such as gold nanoparticles, melanin and indocyanine green in tumor models and eye models.
