I am proficient in molecular biology, histological techniques, transgenesis, and gene editing. My research focuses on gene regulation in zebrafish fin regeneration by way of ENU mutagenesis, knock-in gene editing techniques, high-resolution imaging, 3D chromatin profiling with multiomics, and cross-species approaches using killifish and medaka, to understand how regeneration programs are activated unlike mammals.
