I am a graduate student in Dr. Melissa Skala’s lab, using fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) to study CAR T cell metabolism. The goal of my research is to improve outcomes for cancer patients by developing a CAR T cell screening strategy using label-free, optical imaging techniques.
