I am Morgridge’s General Counsel and provide legal advice regarding contracts, governance matters, tax, compliance and financial issues and the multitude of other matters that arise in the operation of the Institute. I have been in private practice in Madison for over 30 years with the Axley Brynelson, LLP law firm with a special interest in nonprofit organizations. I received my law degree from UW- Madison and have a Masters of Law in Taxation degree from Georgetown University.
