My current work focuses on Cryo Electron Microscopy (CryoEM) method development through integrating other methods with EM such as Native Mass Spectrometry and Nuclear Magnetic Reasonance. I’ve worked to improve sample preparation in CryoEM, develop image processing programs, and model macromolecules that traditionally have never been resolved with CryoEM prior. This work involves many complicated techniques which requires collaboration with various labs around UW-Madison and beyond.
