My current work is over method development surrounding the image processing steps of Cryo Electron Microscopy. I edit and develop programs that improve the algorithmic methods to take 2D images of macro molecules and turn them into 3D reconstructions. Additionally, I collaborate with other labs around campus for their Cryo-EM needs.
