Undergraduate researcher and software engineer specializing in machine learning and scalable systems. Incoming Computer Vision Researcher at the Stefely Lab (Morgridge Institute for Research / UW–Madison), where I will be engineering computational pipelines to analyze high-throughput multi-omic microscopy data. My work will focus on leveraging ML to help discover novel metabolic targets in pathogenic amoeba. I am also passionate about full-stack development and am currently building cloud-based financial anomaly detection tools using AWS and React.
