2019-2020 Ethics Cartooning Contest – Public Voting

The third Morgridge Ethics Cartooning Competition drew 72 entrants from 39 different departments and programs at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and affiliated research institutions.

Now, a panel of three judges has chosen 15 cartoons for display to the public. Vote now on your favorite cartoon. Voting closes Feb. 28, 2020.

The entrants created cartoons on a number of ethical issues arising in or from biomedical research. The judges applied the following three criteria: depiction and analysis of a research ethics issue; humor; artistry.

Voting has closed. The winners were announced.
