Registration

The registration fee includes admission to the talks and poster sessions, the program book, a welcome reception, lunches, and breaks.

Registration will close on 8/15/2025 or with maximum capacity is reached.

Fees and Deadlines

• Early Student – $275 – through 6/15/25 (estimate 25 registrations)
• Student $300 – 6/16/2025 through 8/15/2025 (estimate 25 registrations)
• Early Non-Student – $375 – through 6/15/2025 (estimate 40 registrations)
• Non-Student – $400 – 6/16/2025 through 8/15/2025 (estimate 40 registrations)
• Optional – Speaker’s Dinner on Tuesday, September 16^th – Additional $50.00

Cancellation Policy

• A registration refund, minus a $75 administration charge will be made for cancellations received on or before August 15^th, 2025. No substitute registrations will be accepted. Please contact jgierhart-sutter@morgridge.org request a refund.
